Westerdale is a housing co-op located in East Vancouver, BC, Canada.
We are a small friendly co-op near the Drive (corner of East 2nd Avenue and Woodland). We have beautiful garden areas and a flat open rooftop with a great view of downtown.
We have 19 units with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms, some of which are wheelchair accessible. The building is four storeys high.

Maximum housing charges 2011
1 bdr (550-620 sq ft) units at $715 per month
2 bdr (750-800 sq ft) units at $919 per month
3 bdr (975 sq ft) units at $1011 per month

How to apply
- Download the Membership Application from the Forms page and mail it back to us
- Be sure to enter the date of your application on the spot provided on the top, right hand side of the application
- We will keep your application on file for two years
- If after 2 years, you are still interested in Westerdale, please send a new application. Please, do not send a letter of renewed interest on it’s own, this must be accompanied by a new application.
- Please do not send your applications by email as we no longer use an email account.
